The system you paid for
deserves care.
Watch4U is the ongoing maintenance program from Install4U — built so your security system works just as well three years from now as it did the day we installed it.
Why we built Watch4U.
Most security systems fail quietly. A camera goes offline and nobody notices for weeks. A hard drive fills up and starts overwriting yesterday’s footage. A battery backup degrades to the point where the next power outage takes the whole system down. By the time someone needs the footage, it’s already too late.
We’ve seen this play out plenty of times. Clients call us in a panic — there was a break-in, an accident, an incident — and the cameras either weren’t recording, the footage was already overwritten, or the system had been down for weeks without anyone realizing.
The fix isn’t more equipment. It’s professional attention. Regular inspections. Documented service history. A trained eye on the system before something goes wrong, not after.
That’s what Watch4U is. Five service plans, designed to fit different budgets and different levels of system complexity, but all built around the same idea: your system should be looked after by professionals on an ongoing basis, not just on the day it was installed.
How service actually works.
Every Watch4U plan includes professional inspection of your system on a regular schedule. The lower tiers are remote-only — we use secure remote access to verify cameras are online, recording is happening, storage is healthy, and firmware is current. The higher tiers add monthly on-site visits, where one of our technicians physically inspects your system, performs a battery health test, and on the top tiers cleans accessible cameras.
After every inspection, you receive an emailed Watch4U system health report. Screenshots, timestamps, observations, technician notes — all of it documented and archived. The summary gives you a one-glance status: PASSED, or specific items that need attention. No jargon, no guessing, no surprise bills. If we find something that needs work, we tell you what it is and what it’ll cost to fix.
You’re not paying for a contract. You’re paying for peace of mind, documentation, and a known relationship with a professional who knows your system.
